Refund policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Buyer must notify LvChic20 via email and return their item(s) WITHIN 3 DAYS of Delivery.
Items must be in the condition in which they were received with all product tags (if any) still included or attached.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Buyer will be emailed a pre-paid shipping label to use for their return. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. Please note, all designer handbag returns will require signature at delivery.
If item is returned within 3-day window, buyer will receive a refund for sale price only (original shipping fees will not be refunded).
LvChic20 will not accept any returns after 3 days.
No returns allowed on any FINAL SALE items, EXCEPT if proven inauthentic or if there are flaws not mentioned in the description.
LvChic20 is NOT responsible for lost items that are marked as “Delivered” with Signature Confirmation by the carriers.
LvChic20 will issue a full refund or replacement only if the item is lost during transit by the carriers.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can review the issue and resolve it.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
